Now the whole reason that I have decided to do this was really to have some fun. Take a stroll back on the great times I had growing up, throw in some misdirected anger at the way things are, and really try to have a more positive outlook and humor. I am pretty comfortable in my own skin, I accept things to the best of my ability as they are, try to treat others with respect and just appreciate what is around.
I was reading a while back on some source, maybe it was Andy Rooney ( I am going to miss him), that mentioned the he felt the world would be a better place if we took the advice of John Lennon. I figured that it would or might be a good idea to give you an example of what he was talking about.
I like Andy Rooney, I like the fact that no matter how unpopular his writing may have been, he stuck to his beliefs. I like the fact that there is still someone, that can enjoy John Lennon, that was a writer in WWII and Vietnam. In my book, that means something. I have never been to war, I have had many personal battles, but that story is for a different day.
